I had seen this somewhere before and yes, you’re spot on Vile… But I would argue that it’s not 100% there fault that they’re so rude. The fact is, brattiness is a byproduct of a lack of a structured environment, IMO. A consistent Dominant figure in their lives is typically the best Rx. Trouble is, most Dominants aren’t capable of managing this as much as the brat requires. Lotsa work here for sure…
