I meditate on a daily basis, I set time aside each day, to rest my mind, clear it of everything so my body can rest.
I listen to a couple different types of music. My First preference is Celtic Woman The music is so relaxing, my second choice is Sara Chang, I love the violin.
Meditation is good for the heart and soul, it allows your body and mind to heal, rejuvenate. When finished I feel refreshed.
I also listen to native American chants, very beautiful , the music can take you places you have never been before. When you listen to this just take a minute and close your eyes….
I have had a thing for Chloe Agnew for sometime,
I have met Sara Chang she plays very beautiful music.
You will see a difference, if you just set aside a few minutes a day to clear your mind.
