Public scolding in a private setting. This form of punishment can be very effective but it depends on how well your submissive handles humiliation. In public in a private setting this form of punishment can be very effective, by a public setting take a walk down beside railroad tracks, stop and instruct to strip, and kneel. I do have mixed feelings about this form of punishment but I have done it before, as well as outdoor bondage.
